FILING · ZHONGDENG & UCC-1
Filing, actually done / we draft, you sign, we file
A due-diligence report tells you whether to lend. A filing is what makes the claim enforceable against third parties. Most borrowers stop between the two — this service closes that gap: collateral description drafted from CVIN records, then filed in the statutory system under your authorisation.
Boundary, stated up front: we are not a law firm and give no legal opinion. The registrant is the secured party / lessor itself; we draft the collateral description and file on your written authorisation. A CVIN lien record is a cross-institution clue, never a substitute for statutory registration.
Two jurisdictions, three service levels
中国人民银行征信中心 动产融资统一登记公示系统
Mainland China · ¥299 / ¥1,500
Registration is done in the PBOC credit reference centre system. The collateral description field is where filings usually fail — it must be specific enough that a third party can identify the asset.

UCC-1 · State Secretary of State
United States · $49 / $299
A UCC-1 financing statement is filed in the state of the debtor's location. Item 4 (collateral) is the part that decides whether your filing covers the GPUs or just "some equipment".

Submitting creates a request, not a payment. We reply within one working day with a quote and the exact document list; nothing is charged until you confirm.
Why not just do it yourself
| The field that fails | "GPU cards, 8 units" is not a collateral description a court can enforce against a specific machine. We write it as model + CVIN list + cross-reference, so a third party can identify the asset years later. |
| Level matters | A listing fingerprint (L0) changes when the seller edits the price — it cannot carry a filing. Only L1 (serial hash) and L2 (device signed) are accepted; if your devices are L0 we tell you before taking money. |
| Two-sided check | Before filing we scan CVIN for other pledges on the same device, and we tell you what the statutory system itself returns. CVIN alone is not a rights register. |
